Core Team - HXM Cloud Delivery

Job Description

Summary:
The team is part of the global HXM Cloud Delivery organization and is responsible for the end-to-end tenant lifecycle of all SuccessFactors products. The team is based out of Bangalore and supports all regions.

Role:

• Manage and execute end-to-end tenant lifecycle processes for SuccessFactors products from tenant delivery, partner operations, and contract terminations.
• Ability to quickly understand and articulate requirements. Own, Lead, and coordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, process improvements.
• Working closely with Stakeholders across locations, to ensure timely delivery.
• Accomplish strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities.
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction & business outcomes.
• Strong reporting and dashboard skills.
• Analyzing operational and business risks to identify areas of process improvements.
• Excellent presentation & communication skills are a must.
• Work closely with the team.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree.
• 2-5 years of SaaS cloud experience with a cloud operations background.
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PPT.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Handle high-pressure work environment with minimal support.
• Will be working between 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM permanently.
